Our unique program, inspired by Dr. Peter Attia's Outlive, helps you train for a vibrant life at 100. We assess your body’s strength, mobility, and movement mechanics, considering past injuries and health factors. This evaluation helps identify impairments and optimize your ability to live independently, play sports, and enjoy life—pain-free and with great mechanics—at any age. Centennial Marathon Therapy
This is our unique evaluation and program geared at training for the “Centennial Marathon.” Or in other words training for whatever you want to be able to do when you are 100 years old. Inspired by Dr. Peter Attia in his book Outlive, Our Doctor of Physical Therapy offers a functional movement evaluation to assess the entire body and functional mechanics. We evaluate each joint of the body; range of motion, flexibility, strength, joint mobility and so forth to assess all impairments. We also take into account past injuries, illnesses, or diseases which have limited your daily activity. After taking all deficits and strengths into account we evaluate functional movements such as squat mechanics, lifting mechanics, and all necessary movements that ensure longevity, pain-free, compensation-free, great mechanics, and living the best quality of life as we age. If your goals are to live independently, play with your grandchildren, travel the world, drive, participate in sports such as tennis, pickleball, golf or other sports, or just enjoy your friends and family for as long as you live, but are struggling with these tasks already and don’t know where to start to get your life back, then this is the program for you.
