his very effective treatment uses small needles that are inserted into structures and usually stimulated with electrical stimulation (similar to a TENS unit) to target involved tissue to promote blood flow, healing, pain relief, tissue tension relief, as well as desensitization. Common diagnoses that is treated include, musculoskeletal pain or muscle tension/trigger points, nerve pain (numbness, tingling, burning, lack of sensation..), acute chemo neuropathy, Bell’s Palsy, migraines, vertigo/ringing in the ear, osteoarthritis, tendinopathy (Tennis/Golfer’s elbow, Achilles tendinitis, Rotator Cuff tendinitis..), Plantar Fasciitis, and so forth.
