The A.C.T.I.V.E. Evaluation is a comprehensive, whole-body assessment designed to identify how your body moves, functions, and performs in everyday life. Standing for Assessment, Compensation, Transfer, Integrity, Vitality, and Efficiency, this evaluation goes beyond traditional exams to uncover the root causes of pain, imbalance, and decreased performance.

Through a detailed analysis, our team evaluates how your body compensates for weaknesses or limitations, how effectively movement transfers through your kinetic chain, and whether your joints, muscles, and tissues are functioning with proper integrity. Centennial Marathon Therapy

This is our unique evaluation and program geared at training for the “Centennial Marathon.” Or in other words training for whatever you want to be able to do when you are 100 years old. 

Our Doctor of Physical Therapy offers a functional movement evaluation to assess the entire body and functional mechanics. We evaluate each joint of the body; range of motion, flexibility, strength, joint mobility and so forth to assess all impairments.

 

We also take into account past injuries, illnesses, or diseases which have limited your daily activity. 

After taking all deficits and strengths into account we evaluate functional movements such as squat mechanics, lifting mechanics, and all necessary movements that ensure longevity, pain-free, compensation-free, great mechanics, and living the best quality of life as we age.
